Delete in the app
- Open Pin High and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Under Account & support, choose Permanently delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm deletion.
The app deletes your Pin High application data in bounded batches, then asks Clerk to delete the identity record used to sign in. When complete, you are signed out and the old account can no longer be used.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Pin High account and use the subject “Pin High account deletion.” Tell us that you cannot access the in-app deletion control.
We will use reasonable steps to verify that you control the account before processing the request. Do not send a password, verification code, Apple or Google credential, or authentication token.
What deletion covers
Deletion is designed to remove your Pin High profile and associated account data, including course favorites and requests, course corrections, per-user GPS caches, friendships and requests, blocks, notifications, push registrations and delivery records, round memberships and owned rounds, scores and results, score-operation records, and invitations.
Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups rotate. De-identified information that can no longer reasonably be connected to you may remain.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. If you want a copy first, open Profile → Account & support → Export my data. Deleting Pin High does not automatically delete your Apple or Google account, and removing Pin High from Apple or Google settings does not by itself delete your Pin High account.
If deletion stops after your golf data has been removed but before sign-out finishes, contact support so we can verify the identity record and final state.
